WYHT reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

This website is intended for the display and sale of clothing and accessories.

Delivery

WYHT offers delivery services within the UAE only.

Delivery Fees: Free for all orders within the UAE.

Delivery Times:

Standard Areas: Within 48 hours

Remote Areas: Within 72 hours

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

According to the UAE Consumer Protection Law:

6.1 Return Period

Customers have the right to return products within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.

6.2 Return Conditions

Products must be:

Unused
Unwashed
Undamaged
With all original tags attached
In their original packaging
Any return that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

6.3 Return Process

WYHT will arrange for the product to be picked up by a shipping company.

6.4 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days after the product is received and inspected.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used.

6.5 Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify WYHT within 7 days.

We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement product or a full refund.

Warranty

WYHT provides a warranty that covers manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does not cover:

Damage resulting from normal wear and tear
Misuse
Improper washing or care
Accidental damage

Prices and Offers

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams and include applicable taxes.

WYHT reserves the right to cancel any order in case of a pricing error, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity, and will refund the customer accordingly.

Limitations of Liability

WYHT is not liable for:

Delays caused by the shipping company or incorrect information provided by the customer
Product misuse or improper care
Any indirect or consequential damages
Maximum liability is limited to the value of the product only.

Jurisdiction

The relationship between WYHT and its clients is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes will be heard before the courts within the UAE.
