Shipping policy

1.  Where we deliver

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates. International shipping is not offered as standard, but can be arranged in special cases on request, using third-party couriers.

2.  How we deliver

Within the UAE, orders are delivered personally by the WYHT team, and we coordinate a time with you directly after your order is placed. Some UAE orders, and any international orders we arrange, are sent through a third-party courier (such as Aramex).

3.  Delivery charges

Delivery within the UAE is free — the cost is already included in the product price, so there is nothing extra to pay at checkout. Where international shipping is arranged, the courier cost is quoted to you in advance and paid by the customer.

4.  Delivery times

Most UAE orders are delivered within a few days, and we will confirm timing with you directly. International delivery times vary by destination and courier. Occasional delays can happen due to weather, customs clearance, or public holidays.

5.  Customs & import duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges applied by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total.

6.  Order tracking

If your order is delivered by us directly within the UAE, we will keep you updated and arrange the hand-off with you. If your order is shipped through a courier, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow its progress.

7.  Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect details provided at checkout.
